Inter-Modal Transportation Authority

The Inter-Modal Transportation Authority (ITA) is a non-profit agency of Warren County government. The ITA's mission is to promote, design, develop, build and manage the Kentucky Transpark. Guiding this project is a 25 member board of directors and three employees.
